IPO

  • Versute Investments managed the IPO of GEVORKYAN, a.s., managing the largest IPO on the Prague Stock Exchange in 2022, the largest on the PX START market and the first IPO of a Slovak company in Prague.
  • GEVORKYAN's IPO was the result of GEVORKYAN's long-term collaboration with Versute Investments, and was also a partial exit of the BHS Private Equity Fund's investment, which included the subsequent acquisition of an equity stake in addition to mezzanine debt in 2016.
  • Versute Investments managed to raise EUR 29,5 million from investors (727 million CZK). It was also the largest IPO on the PX Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange so far.

Cooperation between Versute Investments and GEVORKYAN

  • The long-term cooperation continued after the IPO, with Versute Investments securing other transactions. We also cooperate with the company on the creation of Investors Relations.
  • In 2023, we assisted the company in its transition to the PX Prime market, the regulated and most prestigious market of the Prague Stock Exchange. GEVORKYAN was thus the first company to move from the PX START market to the Prime Market.
  • We have secured a dual listing on the Bratislava Stock Exchange in 2024.
  • Over the years, we have arranged a number of bond issues. In 2024, we arranged an issue of green bonds for a total amount of up to 30 million EUR, the first green bonds traded on the Prague Stock Exchange.
